Delivery & Returns
Our delivery time for standard orders to UK mainland addresses is currently 3-5 working days.
We send our items Royal Mail First Class with same day postage if we receive your order before 2:00pm (Monday to Friday)
We are happy to refund for any item returned to us unworn and undamaged within 14 days of you receiving it.
If you wish to exchange your item you will incur additional costs when the price of the new product is higher than your original purchase or a part refund when the price is less.
You will be required to organise and pay for return postage for any refund or exchange and we will refund the cost of the returned item only.
If you would like to return or exchange an item please email topsforjeans@gmail.com in the first instance so that we can forward our returns note to you.
For your protection we advise that you pack your return item carefully and ensure that the item you are returning is fully insured against loss or damage.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
